The word today is Pace. The Pace of the day is dictated by the speed we want to move. Chilling out is a Pace. Ramping up is a Pace. Balance plays a big role in Pace. Should we sprint to the finish line or slow the Pace to win the race. Maybe the morning will be a fast Pace and the evening’s Pace will be relaxed. Either way, the Pace of the day is up to us!
