The word today is United.  United we stand, divided we fall.  We have much more that Unites us than divides us.  Let’s agree that being United makes us apart of a global family.    

The word today is Rest.  Everyday can’t be filled with morning to night actitives. Sometimes we need to rest. Rest our bodies.  Rest our minds. Rest just to just.
