2014 is going to be an adventure…and it starts this spring.

Here are some clues…It’s the Norfolk Hotel. No, not Virginia, not Nebraska, and not Arkansas.

No, not a quaint city in France.

I will be having lunch here one day. 

Nope, not the Florida Everglades.

 I may have to belly up to this bar.

Where’s the beer on tap??? Maybe they don’t drink beer here.  It’s sure hot enough to want a cold one.

 I would love to see this!!

But it is more likely I will see this!!

It’s true.  Nine weeks from today I will be with my friend Shelley, and the EMBA students from LMU in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It will take over 16 hours to get there, from LAX to Hong Kong, with only a one hour stop and then on to Vietnam. 

I’ve been very fortunate to travel with Shelley in the past.  We’ve been to South America and to Europe.  This is the first time for me to South East Asia.  Pretty exciting!! 

Time to study my geography and points of interest.  Suggestions anyone???
