It is my pleasure to introduce you to Monica Gonzales.Monica and I will be having an interesting conversation on my Born To Talk radio show on Monday, December 26th. I’m privileged to have her in town during the Christmas holidays. Monica is a leader. Her professional career spans both the public and non-profit world as it applies to public policy and advocacy.
Her focus is health and economic security. She is a strategist, negotiator, advisor and advocate.
Most recently Monica became the founder and principal of Vista Strategies.
Not only is she a dedicated hard worker, she understands what it means to be a “MomPreneur” this is her word that describes being a mom and entrepreneur. She has found the balance and shares those skills with others.
Monica has worked with many successful men and women in politics, along with industry leaders in the non-profit world.
You’ll have the opportunity to hear about her journey that started at Pepperdine University to an internship in Washington, DC.
We will talk about her experiences as a Legislative Assistant and Senior Policy Advisor for the Department of Commerce to the Director of Public Outreach for AARP.
Everybody has a story. I’m looking forward to hearing hers from inside the beltway and out.
