The word today is United.  United we stand, divided we fall.  We have much more that Unites us than divides us.  Let’s agree that being United makes us apart of a global family.    

The word today is Rest.  Everyday can’t be filled with morning to night actitives. Sometimes we need to rest. Rest our bodies.  Rest our minds. Rest just to just.

The word today is Go.  Go where you wanna Go, do what you wanna do.  Do not pass Go, you know what will happen.  Just Go, there’s nothing holding us back.  Go on, we can do this.

The word today is About. Do you wonder what it’s all About? I’m not sure if we are so supposed to know About everything. I think that About means the act of being. About living in the moment. About appreciating what’s good in the world. It’s About time!
