Meet Trish Lay

Trish Lay will be my guest this week.Behind every photo is a story and Trish has one to share with all of us.  Adopted at a very early age she navigated through the questions of why me and her experiences and issues that developed through her life.  It was a bumpy road that lead to her successes today.

We first met at a Toastmaster’s contest.  Trish is the Club President of Professional Women. http://www.tmdistrictone.org/ClubDetail.asp?ClubNumber=977If you don’t know much about Toastmasters, let me simply say, that it is an international organization that emphasizes public speaking skills, while at the same time developing listening and writing skills in a non-critical fashion. Toastmasters all over the world use the same manuals; working the same program, regardless of our language.

We will be spending some time talking about Trish’s professional life as the Founder and Creator of Souls at Play Productions. http://www.soulsatplayproductions.com/

The focus is personal empowerment and self-awareness.  Trish knows how to motivate people and uses her Laughing Warrior Workshop as a way to identify, create and establish goals and visions for a productive life.

The fun thing about Trish is she uses comedy and improv to deliver her message while leaving a lasting impact on her class.I’m looking forward to spending an hour with Trish on Monday, June 13 at 1:00 pm PT where you can watch and listen on www.latalklive.com and also www.ustream.tv/channel/la-talk-live.

If you miss the live show, check back later in the afternoon for the archived link.

Just another great Monday afternoon, because I was Born To Talk!
