Not Tonight, I have a Headache

While that might have a seductive sound, in reality if you suffer from headaches and especially migraines, this is no laughing matter.

I am rebroadcasting a show from the first of the year with Dr. Ravinder Singh.

Dr. Singh, is a Neurologist.  He brings a strong passion for treating patients and improving their lives, especially those that suffer from headaches along with other neurological disorders.

He has taken the approach of combining treatment for migraines and other headache disorders from both Western and Eastern practices.

This chart might help you appreciate the differences as he combines them depending on the needs of his patient. If you or a loved one has suffered from a debilitating migraine then you know, isolation and finding anything to relieve the pain is what you focus on.

Dr. Singh has written a book, “Not Tonight I Have a Headache-Understanding Headaches and Eliminating Them from Your Life”

I had a great time speaking with Ravinder. We had met many years ago, when he was a guest speaker for a health series I was running while working at my local Westchester Family YMCA.  He was fascinating then and he remains fascinating now.

Here is his website to learn more. http://www.singhneurology.com

While I may be taking July 4th off as a vacation day, headaches don’t vacations. Tune in to the show to learn more.  You can easily follow the link of the rebroadcast at 1:00 PT, on www.latalklive.com to watch and listen to our show.

The following week, I’m live with my guest Farron Dozier. Farron is also a host on LA Talk Live. He has a compelling story and I can’t wait to share it with you!
