Dr. Rhoberta Shaler, The Relationship Help Doctor

  1. Join me on the Born To Talk Radio Show Podcast on Monday, November 26th, from 1-2 PT featuring Dr. Rhoberta Shaler, the Relationship Help Doctor.

Rhoberta provides urgent and ongoing care for relationships in crisis,
at home and at work. She awakens listeners to recognize—and stop
tolerating abuse from—the relentlessly difficult, toxic people she calls
Hijackals®. Author of 16 books, she offers practical insights to stop
the crazy-making.  Even the United States Marines have sought her help.

In her new Hijackal ebook series, Escaping the Hijackal Trap: The Definitive Guide to Dealing with Relentlessly Difficult People, Rhoberta offers the insights, strategies, and support you need to reclaim hope, confidence–and your sanity–when dealing with the constant uncertainty and jaw-dropping behaviors of Hijackals in your life, at home and at work.

Not only is  Rhoberta an Author, but she also is the host of two podcasts:  Emotional Savvy: The Relationship Help Show and Save Your Sanity: Help for Handling Hijackals®, and the Emotional Savvy channel on Binge TV Networks!

We will be focusing on a couple of topics in this one hour show. The first one is on improving home, workplace and community relationships.

What is a healthy relationship and what does it take to maintain that relationship?  Do find yourself to be assertive or passive?  What about the people in your life? She will define what the basis is for being comfortably assertive. She will be sharing some proven strategies that help us deal with people in our families and our workplace. This is the perfect time of year to be having this conversation. Sometimes the holidays bring out the best and worst in relationships.

The second segment of our show will be from her book,

Soul Soltidue: Taking Time For Our Souls to Catch Up. What is the difference between compassion and inclusive compassion?

Everyone has a story, and I’m looking forward to sharing her stories an experiences with you on this informative show.

What’s Your Story?
