Airport Marina Counseling Service.
The Airport Marina Counseling Service was founded in 1961. It is a nonprofit, community-based mental health clinic. They serve the LAX, South Bay and Westside areas of Los Angeles. The AMCS offers community-based, accessible mental health services. This includes virtual services to anyone in California.
Their Mission.
The Airport Marina Counseling Service (AMCS) mission is to provide accessible, community-based health services and provide quality training to therapists.
Their Vision.
AMCS is a leader in premier mental health services and training in an inclusive, supportive, and welcoming community that embraces mental health and accessibility to treatment.
AMCS offers comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals, children and families, couples and older adults, many of whom would otherwise have little access to counseling. Open seven days a week, Airport Marina Counseling Service provides an array of successful programs, both at the Clinic and off-site, to meet the needs of people of all ages.
